Six on Broadway Recognizes Pyramid Managing Director Alexis Davis as Queen of the Week

Congratulations to our Managing Director, Alexis Davis, on her recognition from SIX as queen of the week!

SIX is a musical that showcases the wives of Henry VIII, remixing five hundred years of historical heartbreak into a celebration of 21st century girl power! SIX has won 23 awards in the 2021/2022 Broadway season, including the Tony Award® for Best Original Score (Music and Lyrics) and the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Musical. For the past year they have been accepting nominations for new Queens of the Week to highlight people who are making a difference in the world.

In their Facebook post they wrote:

Today we are crowning Alexis J. Davis as our #QueenoftheWeek!

Alexis has served as the President of the Black Alumni Association at Drake University Alumni for three years, supporting the interests of DU’s Black Student Organizations, and assisting in the preservation of Black history on the Drake campus in Des Moines, Iowa, just minutes from where #SIXUSTour is performing this week!
